I know its not fake..because I have 3 people on our floor who came from a visit..who saw these kind of things happening right in front of them (and my friends were GCs so I guess they themselves were left alone).
Now coming to point of posting their experiences themselves..especially in a situation where they were not allowed to enter US, I dont think they have any incentive left to post and seek help from fellow IV..once they are out they are out..
Nothing can bring them back unless they file a new petition and go for stamping..
I can imagine how much pain they might be going through, touchwood if I was to be one ofthem, I dont see myself posting my experience for 3 months or so..
its a different case where someone is inside US and they face a problem, yeah..why not they post straight away, but this is a different territory..we can only expect them to post, its not going to happen or may be rare case.

First you suggest a random date called 9th and then admit that your prior decisions and that to GC specific did not prove to be right. Why in the world you want to post your own bad record is beyond me.
just chill. I just cooked a spicy chicken with red/orange/green peppers.
Please don't spoil my dinner after going through hell past 2 days.
Have a nice dinner. I just enjoyed my dinner. But I will send my paper on Monday for sure. I will wait. 4 July is holiday. Friday day of explanations and Saturday is day of having fun. So 9 th is great day for me.

USCIS director took the course and he failed. Then he went to Moscow and bought a fake BPD&R degree for $175. No wonder we are in such a mess.
On a lighter note .
The USCIS has a 4 year full time course for understanding PD's and restrogression . It is called BPD&R ( Bachelor of Priority Dates and Retrogression ) . This degree is recognised only by the in the US and H1b's are also granted based on this course .There is no education evaluation needed.
You could also do an MBPD&R and leads to Phd also . You could then join the USCIS and set PD's for the countries .

With republican House there is zero chance of anything happening on any kind of immigration bill. Nothing other than border security will be taken up. It will be best to kiss good bye to GC dreams if republicans win the House.

Some ROW folks here suddenly are saying that they like country cap quotas and there are against IV agenda.Why in the first place there should be a country cap on EB immigration ? Is it not the best and brightest in the world ? If there is FIFO implemented, how can a person in ROW will be effected by India and China as long as they meet the standards and file their petition on time.

Opened my email this morning to see the card production ordered email (time stamp in my inbox reads 2:15 am PST 4/23/08); the approval date was 4/23/08.
Been in meetings all day so not even a chance to call anyone about it.

Pls post your schedule and location on the the IV agenda thread so that it is visible on the homepage. Urge more NJ members to come to the temple to help you distribute flyers and talk to interested people.They will also have a chance to and meet other NJ chapter members. At least one core member will also come for this and everyone will have a chance to meet and ask any questions.

we discussed this on the teleconference and the idea came up that we needed something like this for people without perspective
we are hoping to refine this already excellent ppt into a valuable tool for everyone's use
